    • Details:
      • Monday: Prior yoga experience required.
      • Wednesday: General class suitable for all levels.
      • Tuesday Mornings
        • 9:00 AM Session:
          • Details: Very gentle slow flow Yoga using chairs and mainly supported poses on the floor.
        • 10:10 AM Session:
          • Details: Slightly more advanced; suitable for those with prior yoga experience.

2:15pm – 3:15pm: Tai Chi 24 Form

3:30pm – 4:30pm: Beginners Tai Chi
