Every Monday & Wednesday night at 6:30pm. The Monday class is slightly more advanced for people that have practiced Yoga before.
Every Tuesday at 9:00am & 10:00am. 9am session is very gentle using chairs and mainly supported poses on the floor and the 10am session is slightly more advanced for people that have practiced Yoga before.
