– Oatley RSL & Community Club recognises dress styles in our community vary widely and that dress fashion is constantly changing
– Oatley RSL & Community Cub wishes to cater for a variety of dress styles for members and guests and it aims to do it in a common-sense and practical way
– Full faced helmets and full-face coverings must be removed before entering the Club
– Headwear including caps, beanies, bandanas and men’s headwear generally (except servicemen, or for religious or medical reasons); must be removed before entering the Club
– Men’s Singlets, Tank Tops or Sleeveless Sweatshirts will not be permitted at any time
– Soiled or dirty work clothing will not be permitted anywhere in the club
– Patrons are expected to maintain a neat, modest and tidy appearance when utilizing club facilities, and in a style that will enhance a comfortable and relaxed presence
– Dress standards should respect and reflect social, religious, and cultural norms, not extreme in nature and not offend other club patrons
– Dress in ‘The Oat Mill Brasserie’ during the evening meal period will be a standard usually observed in our society by dining room / restaurant patrons
– Guests are expected to respect the aims of the clubs dress code, to co-operate with its objective and remain within the boundaries of responsible conduct at all times
– Decisions re conflicting dress will be left to the discretion of the ‘Duty Manager’
– Beyond 8.00pm, work clothing will not be permitted anywhere in the club.
