The Club is an affiliate of the Returned and Services League of Australia (New South Wales Branch) and of the New South Wales RSL Youth Council.
We aim generally to provide opportunities for the youth of the district to participate in healthy recreation and to learn the principles of good citizenship. We are non-sectarian and non-political.
Families of children participating in Youth Club Sports are encouraged to become Members of the Oatley RSL & Community Club, who sponsor and provide facilities for the Youth Club. Please see RSL Club staff at the Reception desk to join.
MembershipOrdinary Membership is open to people up to 25 years of age.
Associate Membership is open to people over the age of 25.
We have around 1, 100 members across three divisions.
The Club presently has three divisions:
Gym sports - offering kindy gym, women's and men's artistic gymnastics, sports aerobics, trampoline sports and recreational gym - throughout the school year in the Youth Club hall at 27 Letitia Street Oatley (next door to Oatley RSL and Community Club). Netball - entering over 17 teams in the St George District Netball Association, competition running from April to September, with Registration days in February each year. For more information contact Cathy Mercer on (02) 9580 4246.
Soccer - entering over 50 teams in the St George Soccer Football Association competitions - juniors, all age and women's comps - running from April to September.
