Oatley RSL & Community Club offers attention to detail- our experienced team will assist you in your event planning as you decide on the type of experience you would like to create for your guests. The Main Lounge

In the heart of the Club is our Main lounge offering a relaxed atmosphere.  Disco entertainment every Friday night and big shows on a Saturday night each month.  The Lounge has an easy atmosphere for a Celebration of a Life that has Past. WiFi available. Accommodates up to 100 people

Sports Bar

The Sports Bar is a newly refurbished function room that accommodates up to 120 guests. 12 round tables of ten is the perfect set up for the 21st or engagement party.  This room is self contained, comfortable and spacious and can be set with a dance floor.  TV’s can be used for a video presentation and IPod connectivity is available. DJ services are available or if you want to keep your costs down we have a jukebox for hire!

Auditorium

The larger club function rooms have a contemporary feel with room enough to cater for a wide range of events including wedding functions, a corporate event or just a private birthday party. Our function rooms offer a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for any occasion. Dance floor available, many TV’s for a presentation, WiFi, IPod connection, Stage area available for a band.  DJ services are available or if you want to keep your costs down we have a jukebox for hire! Accommodates 110 with dance floor, round tables tops of (10)

Brasserie Areas
The Brasserie area consists of three rooms with partitioned doors. You can have a smaller room or open as many doors as you need to suit the size of your function. Allow for 30 per room

Meeting rooms
Two divided rooms that when fully open can hold up to 35 people in a class room type setup. Perfect for the small seminar.  Situated on level 2 of the club. Plasma TV, white boards, WiFi

Big Function / All areas – Fund raiser, big event, Seats up to 320 people with round tables of ten (10) with some long tables of (8), Stage area for presentation or Band or entertainment.  DJ services are available or if you want to keep your costs down we can arrange a jukebox for hire!

The club menu and function menu alternatives are extensive offering canapé, a la carte and buffet options as well as morning and afternoon tea packages. Prices start from $10 per person.

We can also arrange; Master of Ceremonies, D.J, Juke Box, Hire Cars, Photography, Entertainment, Flowers and Decorations. No matter what your needs, we can help.

Extras

Bar Steward – Based on 4 hours for functions with min 30 guests. Mon-Friday $100, Sat Sun $150 /steward

Food service Steward: $100/steward per 4 hours

18th Birthdays - 21st Birthdays

  • One security Guard per 50 guests - $150 per guard
  • $500 CASH security Bond which is refunded following the function upon no reported incidences or damage
  • ID bracelets will be provided to all persons over the age of 18 years upon authorised proof being provided.
  • Guest list must be provided
  • We would like to give a strong recommendation that Facebook and other social media is not used to publish this event.

All food is prepared by Modern Dining. Each menu can be tailored to suit your needs and should you have any special requirements or dietary needs these can also be catered for. Your menu selection will ultimately depend on your style of function and your budget.
